* improved discussion and user page functions
* made them work independent from config
* added full control to how the page links are built (with placeholders @ID@ and @USER@)
* config option changes: removed 'discussNSreverse', renamed 'discussionNS' and 'userNS' to 'discussionPage' and 'userPage'
